Dealing with nerves
Deep breaths, deep breaths and lots of them!
Nerves are the worst but at the same time so necessary! Dealing with nerves before hitting the stage can sometimes be overwhelming but our advice would be to 100% embrace it.
Take a deep breath and remind yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Take the time to calm your body, with 5 deep breaths and tell yourself why you love doing this, think of that amazing thrill you feel when doing your passion.
Remember even the top performers still get butterflies before entering the stage. So, don’t fret it is totally normal and you will slowly learn to embrace those nerves and deal with them in your own way as your experience grows!
